Fair

the location is perfect, 10 minutes from the station.

i received an email saying to let the hotel know if i would arrive after 23. i wrote many emails and messages to the hotel asking how the late self check in would work, but in 2 days i didnt receive any info. Luckily when i arrived there the door was open and the key was on the table, but it would be nice if the hotel would reply to client's messages, i found it very unpolite. the room is very small and gives the sensation of being dirty, price a bit high but overall is ok

a clean, quiet and cheap place in the center of seoul; can be used for budget tourists. the train station and many attractions are nearby.

the owner was not there when I came. I had luck that someone opened the door from inside and I found my keycard at the counter. So maybe try to (booking-)chat with the owner to give you his cell phone number.

The location is perfect! Central Seoul , close by underground station.

The room in the pictures on facebook look better then in real life. The beds are ok but the room to small and the bathroom very dirty. The roll for the window falls down in the middle of the night. I report this to crew and by email but no respons. Towels to small and the bathroom smell like dirty feet. Never ever again!

Never again.

The beds were firm.

They didn't want to give us the room we paid for until we pushed back and asked for a refund. Then magically it was available. It was tiny & gross. You could barely walk between the beds. The bathroom was tiny with the whower in the commode area. The kitchen and common space was horrid and smelled like rotting towels. The walls were marked up and dirty. Over all, gross.

Great value for the location and basic room.

While this hotel offers basic, inexpensive rooms, we have never been disappointed with the service, cleanliness, and room amenities. There is power for both Korean and US gadgets. The beds are comfy. The shower room has everything you need. Great value for the money.

Good hotel

I liked the self service check in and out. I also liked the basement cafe that had cold water, laundry facilities and dishes.

The bathroom walls in the hotel room were see through. It made things awkward! Please make the bathroom glass more opaque.

as a student i always try to pick budget hotels but this one wasn’t worth it

everything was unclean. all of the bedsheets had stains, like not one or two but a lot of them. they might have been quite old but still, stained sheets at a hotel is not fun. there where also hairstrands everywhere and even tho the room was super small and it was like two steps from the bed to the bathroom my socks got super dirty because of the floor every day. neither me and my friend are anything like germaphobes but both of us tried to touch as little things as possible in the room since everything felt and looked dirty. i’m not the kind of person to neither review hotels nor be dissatisfied if the room isn’t spotless when it’s a budget hotel. if it was cleaner i would recommend the place but i really can’t do it when it was in that state. we really felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Best value hotel in Seoul. Beside Namsan park/Seoul station.

The buttons and doors are electronic and you can use your key card to enter. The location is phenomenal as it is right beside namsan park (the traditional wall from the korean dramas) the park and path are 5 mins away. The location is walking distance to Seoul station too. Wish i had stayed here before now. The staff were friendly too.

The room was mostly clean but not spotless. The shower room is a little dated and doesn't match up with the contemporary feel of the building. Also no toiletries like toothbrush or toothpaste. I would be happy to pay more for the room and receive toothpaste. Hate having to buy a full tube just for a night stay.

Very poor

Good location, near Convenience store and Subway station.

All the hotels I ever stayed; I would say this hotel is the worst hotel. I saw lots of hair on the bed on arrival, the bedding was dirty, toilet moldy and I even saw a cockroach but luckily I'm not scared of it. I don't know how the system works here but since I stayed there, there have always other guest and workers open my room door entered my room. But then I've talked to one of the (room. door opening) worker, he apologized, and we have agreed that I would be stay here 2 days moreas I had booked. Nobody knew for how long my booking was confirmed. But still after that some guests entered my room until the last night I stayed there. I'm really disappointed. One thing I don't know and don't understand, what is the point to have a door bell and a sign for key in+make up room if you just tap the keycard and open the door? Not secure at all and not responsive I wouldn't recommend this place for someone would like to stay for a long period or did not want to get unwanted visitors.

Not worth the price

Place is nearby the subway and Seoul Station. They prepared my room card in advance and it’s convenient.

The room is not well prepared. There are a lot of stuff that they placed carelessly. They put the tissue box inside the drawer without tissue in it. All the stuff inside the shower room is in rusty condition
